The Plateseal brand represents quality microplate sealing films, foils, and accessories that are used in research and other labs. Marketing Now was brought on board to launch a customer support landing page that provides potential customers an interactive product selection guide, which makes the product selection process and ordering super easy. The interactive guide enables potential customers to go through a series of questions to quick and easily identify just the right product for their unique application. The tool is invaluable with so many product options and applications. The landing page also allows potential customers to order samples, so they can try before they buy. Based on the customer’s location, the database-driven site is customized with the applicable dealer information, catalog numbers, and ordering links.

Plateseal products are sold through large lab supply distributors; to facilitate the sales process, we created a Dealer Support portal that gives dealer reps easy access to sales support literature and product samples.

The Marketing Now team has also provided support with other projects such as print collateral and product labeling.
