Marketing strategy for new business-start-up

We were delighted to support the GK Tribe team with this new business start-up, providing consultation on marketing strategy and the development of the strategic marketing plan. We conducted market research, analyzed the competitive situation, prepared a SWOT analysis, defined marketing strategies and tactics, prepared budgets and timelines for implementation.
